All orders are packed with care by Chantal Leonhardt from her studio on Kangaroo Island in South Australia.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You can view the shipping price at checkout without processing payment. 

Delivery Times

  • Domestic (Australia): Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Usually between 2-7 business days.
  • International: Depending on where you are, deliveries can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Please look at your local post office sites for estimated times.

International tracking & Delivery Partners

We ship all parcels with Australia Post. Once your order reaches your country, it will be handed over to your local delivery service. You can use the same tracking number on your local carrier’s website for updates in your language and additional delivery details.

Customs & Import Duties

USA

Picture books shipped to the US are duty-free as they are classified as children’s books under the HTS 490. However, a customs processing free of Aud $1.69 is included in final shipping costs. Other fees may be charged and collected by your local customs office upon arrival to your country depending on state policies & legislation.

Rest of World

We do not collect & pay custom duties or taxes on our website. Other fees may be charged and collected by your local customs office upon arrival to your country depending on local policies & legislation.

Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We are legally required to declare the full value of your order and include an invoice for customs if required. If you have concerns about customs fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office or ask at your local post office before placing an order. If you fail to pay import charges without reasonable reason, causing liability to fall on us, the amount of sum import charges (custom duties & taxes) may be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.

 

Currency & Conversion

  • Prices may be displayed in different currencies for your convenience, but transactions may be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) at checkout. You will only ever be charged in your local currency at the most current conversion rate. 
  • If items are returned, refunds will be issued in AUD at the current exchange rate. Any differences due to currency fluctuations are beyond our control.
